HOME DELIVERY
The garden screens and noise barriers are transported on a pallet by an international haulier. If desired, a portable forklift truck can also be sent with the barriers so that they can be unloaded by machine. All our deliveries are subject to transport costs available upon request. We, of course, indicate the transport costs in advance when you request an obligation-free quote from us using our form.  

It is also possible to collect from our assembly hall in Poeldijk, the Netherlands.

DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time depends on the number of orders and method of transport, but the following generally applies.

Standard garden screens: approx. 3 weeks. 
Customised garden and XL privacy screens: approx. 3 to 4 weeks. 
Noise barriers: approx. 4 to 5 weeks 
Large projects: delivery time in consultation

INSTALLATION OF THE GARDEN SCREENS
We do not install garden or privacy screens outside the Netherlands. We can, however, refer you to one of our international distributors that regularly install our screens. If you are not able to find any distributor near you via ‘International distributors‘, please feel free to contact us by e-mail or telephone +31 174 – 244 838. The screens are by the way quite simple to install oneself.

INSTALLATION OF THE NOISE BARRIERS
We do not install noise barriers outside the Netherlands. For this, please contact one of our international distributors or a local contractor. You can, of course, take care of the installation of the noise barrier yourself. A detailed installation manual can be downloaded here.

PROJECT ADVICE
We can also provide you with remote project advice, or you can also contact one of our international distributors. 
We can provide you with remote advice by means of drawings, photos or images, such as those of Google Earth. In addition, all our obligation-free quotes are accompanied by comprehensive structural drawings and floor plans. 

TERMS OF PAYMENT
For international shipments 50% of the total payment is due upon ordering. The remaining 50% is due shortly before the goods are to be dispatched. These payments can be easily made at home by bank transfer. Our payment terms are 8 days after the invoice date. You will receive the invoice before delivery by e-mail.
